It is expected that the articles in this track carefully describe experiences focused on the area of H C I, be it, for example, in the field of HCI teaching, in the evaluation of experiences of\/by users, in the adoption of H C I concepts and methods in university extension actions, as well as experiences in industry (public or private) with theoretical and methodological foundations in the area. We invite teachers, extensionists and industry professionals (public or private sector) who work in the area to submit complete articles to the Experience Reports Track.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In their experience report, the authors must characterize the context, the parties involved and the relevance of the reported experience; they must also be attentive to the quality of the methodological presentation for appropriation by other people; in addition to providing opportunities for meaningful reflections on this experience based on adequate theoretical-methodological foundations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b4a4a6b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b4a4a6b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">This Track Review Process<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1cd2d3d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1cd2d3d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Submissions will be rejected without review (desk reject) if (1) they do not comply with all submission instructions provided here and at the <a href=\"https:\/\/ihc.sbc.org.br\/2025\/index.php\/en\/full-paper-tracks\/\"><strong>GENERAL CALL FULL PAPERS<\/strong><\/a>, (2) they are outside the scope of the Experience Reports Track, or (3) they have been submitted or published in any other forum (conference or journal). All other papers will be reviewed by at least three members of the program committee. If the submission is accepted, the authors should consider the comments from the reviewers to prepare the final version of the paper.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Review the following checklist. Reviewers should evaluate each paper according to these criteria:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Adherence to the track<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: does the paper adhere to the Experience Reports track?<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Contribution to the community<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Are the discussions and contributions presented meaningful to the H C I community and practitioners in the field? Articles submitted to this track do not necessarily need to advance the state of knowledge\/art.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Quality of textual presentation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Is the article well written and adequately presented in terms of language, content and form, following the event standard?<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Characterization of the context<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Is the context well characterized, placing the experience in time and space? Is the presentation of the report well justified?<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Reference to related works<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Are references presented that value other experiences? Attention: articles submitted to this track do not necessarily need to advance the state of knowledge\/art.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Theoretical-methodological foundation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Does the reported experience have an adequate and solid theoretical-methodological basis?<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Quality of experience presentation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Is the reported experience aligned with the theoretical-methodological foundation? Are the parties involved introduced? Are the materials and methods characterized adequately, so that other people or groups can reframe them?<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Reflections on the experience<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Are the discussions consistent with the theoretical-methodological foundation presented? In their experience report, the authors must characterize the context, the parties involved and the relevance of the reported experience; they must also be attentive to the quality of the methodological presentation for appropriation by other people; in addition to providing opportunities for meaningful reflections on this experience based on adequate theoretical-methodological foundations.\u00a0 This Track Review Process Submissions will be rejected without review (desk reject) if (1) they do not comply with all submission instructions provided here and at the GENERAL CALL FULL PAPERS, (2) they are outside the scope of the Experience Reports Track, or (3) they have been submitted or published in any other forum (conference or journal). All other papers will be reviewed by at least three members of the program committee. If the submission is accepted, the authors should consider the comments from the reviewers to prepare the final version of the paper. Review the following checklist. Reviewers should evaluate each paper according to these criteria: Adherence to the track: does the paper adhere to the Experience Reports track? Contribution to the community: Are the discussions and contributions presented meaningful to the H C I community and practitioners in the field? Articles submitted to this track do not necessarily need to advance the state of knowledge\/art. Quality of textual presentation: Is the article well written and adequately presented in terms of language, content and form, following the event standard? Characterization of the context: Is the context well characterized, placing the experience in time and space? Is the presentation of the report well justified? Reference to related works: Are references presented that value other experiences? Attention: articles submitted to this track do not necessarily need to advance the state of knowledge\/art. Theoretical-methodological foundation: Does the reported experience have an adequate and solid theoretical-methodological basis? Quality of experience presentation: Is the reported experience aligned with the theoretical-methodological foundation? Are the parties involved introduced? Are the materials and methods characterized adequately, so that other people or groups can reframe them? Reflections on the experience: Are the discussions consistent with the theoretical-methodological foundation presented? Are they significant enough to provoke revisions\/evolution of local practices and\/or within the HCI community?
