Whether you adopt it or not, we ask that you observe the following recommendations so that your presentation is accessible to more people:<\/p><ol><li>Choose a good color scheme<ul><li>Give preference to schemes with high contrast between background and text, therefore with a contrast ratio of 7:1. To check the contrast ratio, see\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/contrast-finder.tanaguru.com\/\">Tanaguru Contrast Finder<\/a>;<\/li><li>Make sure the content is visible to colorblind users, as per the guidelines in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.color-blindness.com\/coblis-color-blindness-simulator\/\">Coblis \u2013 Color Blindness Simulator<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Choose a readable font<ul><li>Give preference to sans serif fonts, for example, Arial, Helvetica, Verdana;<\/li><li>As for size, 32pt is recommended for titles; and 24pt for paragraphs and lists of items.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Adopt redundant ways to highlight information<ul><li>If you choose to use colors, redundantly, adopt text in parentheses, to signal any relevant aspect that you want to highlight;<\/li><li>Consider using bold and italics to convey emphasis.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Keep the text brief<ul><li>If the speaker tends to speak quickly, putting more words on a slide may be helpful.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Use images to make your ideas clearer<ul><li>Make simple graphics, presenting their text equivalent.
