Os finalistas ter\u00e3o a oportunidade de apresentar seus trabalhos para um j\u00fari de profissionais acad\u00eamicos e da ind\u00fastria atuantes na \u00e1rea de IHC e de publicar um resumo estendido da sua solu\u00e7\u00e3o nos <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sol.sbc.org.br\/index.php\/ihc_estendido\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">anais estendidos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> do evento. Em 2023, o n\u00famero de desastres clim\u00e1ticos causados por chuvas, desabamentos, ciclones, escassez h\u00eddrica, foi o maior registrado em todos os tempos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em 2024, o IHC traz o tema \u201cIHC em <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ihc.sbc.org.br\/2024\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">converg\u00eancia<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> no centro do Brasil\u201d, fazendo uma alus\u00e3o ao contexto da capital brasileira &#8211; Bras\u00edlia (DF), onde surge uma converg\u00eancia cultural, pol\u00edtica e intelectual, em meio a pessoas que chegam e saem, de diferentes estados do pa\u00eds, com seus sotaques e carregando realidades diversas. Alinhado a essa vis\u00e3o, a Competi\u00e7\u00e3o de Design prop\u00f5e a reflex\u00e3o sobre os riscos da crise clim\u00e1tica que permeiam todo o pa\u00eds, nos seus mais diferentes aspectos, provocando desastres ambientais, problemas sociais, econ\u00f4micos, pol\u00edticos, al\u00e9m dos preju\u00edzos humanos, emocionais e materiais. Assim, em diferentes contextos, solu\u00e7\u00f5es digitais inovadoras, baseadas no Design da Intera\u00e7\u00e3o, podem ser utilizadas para conscientizar sobre o risco clim\u00e1tico, monitorar situa\u00e7\u00f5es de alerta e guiar a\u00e7\u00f5es preventivas, auxiliar no gerenciamento de riscos e apoiar na tomada de decis\u00e3o. Os benef\u00edcios s\u00e3o transversais em temporalidade &#8211; antes, durante e depois da ocorr\u00eancia de uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o de urg\u00eancia clim\u00e1tica &#8211; mas tamb\u00e9m, envolvendo diferentes agentes: a popula\u00e7\u00e3o, a iniciativa privada, os governos e a sociedade civil organizada.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b><i>Desafio<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: As pessoas participantes s\u00e3o convidadas a desenvolver o design de solu\u00e7\u00f5es digitais inovadoras que apoiem a reflex\u00e3o, o conhecimento, a informa\u00e7\u00e3o e\/ou a tomada de decis\u00e3o sobre desastres clim\u00e1ticos no Brasil. Desejam-se solu\u00e7\u00f5es que apontem para \u201cconverg\u00eancia para enfrentar a crise clim\u00e1tica no Brasil\u201d, por meio de solu\u00e7\u00f5es de design interativo.<\/span><\/p><p><b><i>Objetivo<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: A solu\u00e7\u00e3o deve auxiliar uma ou mais esferas espec\u00edficas da sociedade a lidar com o problema dos desastres clim\u00e1ticos, considerando os apontamentos dispon\u00edveis no relat\u00f3rio de riscos globais de 2023 (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/publications\/global-risks-report-2023\/digest\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Global Risks Report 2023<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), a saber:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crises de fontes naturais<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desastres naturais e eventos clim\u00e1ticos extremos<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Falha na mitiga\u00e7\u00e3o das mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fracasso na adapta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incidentes com danos ambientais em grande escala<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b><i>Expectativas<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: O produto de design digital pode ser de qualquer tipo, explorando diferentes paradigmas de intera\u00e7\u00e3o (como Computa\u00e7\u00e3o Ub\u00edqua, Computa\u00e7\u00e3o Vest\u00edvel, Internet das Coisas, Arte Digital Interativa, Interfaces Multimodais, Multiverso, dentre outros), evitando propostas unicamente centradas em aplicativos m\u00f3veis ou aplica\u00e7\u00f5es web.
